These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when purchasing products, requesting custom work, submitting artwork, approving mockups, or using the BSD Custom Products website and services.
By placing an order or approving a custom project with BSD Custom Products, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, submitting artwork, making a payment, or approving a mockup, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order or authorize production.
BSD Custom Products specializes in customized products created according to customer specifications.
Custom orders may include apparel, promotional products, drinkware, corporate gifts, accessories, personalized merchandise, and other products offered by BSD Custom Products.
Because customized products are produced specifically for each customer, they may be subject to different cancellation, return, and refund conditions than non-customized merchandise.
Quotes are prepared based on the information available at the time of the request, including product type, quantity, customization method, artwork, shipping requirements, and other project specifications.
Prices may change if the customer changes the product, quantity, artwork, customization, shipping requirements, or other specifications before production.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quote does not reserve inventory or guarantee product availability.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, rush fees, design fees, or other charges may be added when applicable.
Payment terms will be communicated before production.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, required payment must be received before production begins.
An order is not considered ready for production until all required information, payment, artwork, and approvals have been received.
Chargebacks or payment disputes do not automatically override these Terms & Conditions or the customer’s obligations relating to an approved custom order.
Customers should provide artwork in the highest quality available.
Preferred file formats may include AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, or other high-resolution formats accepted by BSD Custom Products.
For raster artwork, a resolution of approximately 300 DPI at the intended production size is generally recommended.
Low-resolution artwork may result in reduced print or production quality.
If artwork requires significant correction, recreation, vectorization, or design work, additional charges may apply. Any applicable charge will be communicated before the additional work is performed.
The customer is responsible for reviewing all artwork, logos, names, text, photographs, trademarks, and other materials submitted to BSD Custom Products.
By submitting materials for production, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or authorization to use those materials for the requested purpose.
BSD Custom Products may refuse artwork or projects that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Customers retain their rights in original artwork and intellectual property that they own and provide to BSD Custom Products.
Submission of artwork grants BSD Custom Products permission to use the submitted materials as reasonably necessary to prepare mockups and produce the customer’s order.
Artwork, concepts, designs, or other creative materials created independently by BSD Custom Products may remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless ownership is transferred through a separate written agreement.
For custom orders, BSD Custom Products may provide a digital mockup or proof for customer approval before production.
Production begins only after the required mockup or proof has been approved by the customer, including approval provided by email or another communication method accepted by BSD Custom Products.
Before approving a mockup, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing:
• Spelling and grammar
• Names and numbers
• Logo and artwork
• Colors
• Product selection
• Sizes and quantities, when shown
• Artwork placement
• Orientation
• Customization details
• Overall design
Approval means the customer authorizes BSD Custom Products to proceed with production based on the approved version.
Once a mockup has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.
If a requested change can still be made, additional design, material, labor, setup, or production charges may apply.
If production has already progressed beyond the point where changes can reasonably be made, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reproducing the affected products.
Production time begins after BSD Custom Products has received all information necessary to produce the order, including any required payment, final artwork, product specifications, and mockup approval.
Production estimates are estimates unless BSD Custom Products expressly provides a guaranteed completion date in writing.
Delays caused by customer changes, delayed approvals, incomplete information, unavailable products, supplier delays, shipping carriers, severe weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the estimated completion date.
Shipping and delivery estimates are separate from production time.
Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by carrier operations and other circumstances outside the reasonable control of BSD Custom Products.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their orders, including names, addresses, quantities, sizes, product selections, personalization information, artwork, deadlines, and other specifications.
BSD Custom Products is not responsible for errors resulting directly from incorrect information supplied and subsequently approved by the customer.
Digital screens, monitors, photographs, mockups, and printed materials may display colors differently.
Minor variations may also occur between production methods, materials, product batches, garment colors, substrates, and manufacturers.
Digital mockups are intended to provide a reasonable visual representation of the final product but may not reproduce every physical characteristic exactly.
Reasonable variations that are inherent to the product or production process are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.
Products, sizes, colors, brands, and inventory are subject to availability.
If a selected item becomes unavailable before production, BSD Custom Products may contact the customer to discuss an appropriate alternative.
Any substitution affecting the customer’s approved order will be communicated before proceeding when customer approval is reasonably required.
Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, cancellation options depend on the production status of the order.
Cancellation may be possible before production begins.
Once artwork preparation, materials procurement, customization, or production has begun, some or all payments may become non-refundable to the extent they relate to work performed, products ordered, or costs already incurred.
Any cancellation request should be submitted as soon as possible.
Customized products generally cannot be returned solely because of a change of mind, preference, sizing choice, or customer-approved design decision.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact BSD Custom Products within 10 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Claims are reviewed individually to determine whether the issue resulted from a production error, manufacturing defect, shipping issue, customer-provided information, or an approved design or specification.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order, please contact BSD Custom Products within the applicable claim period.
We may request photographs, videos, packaging images, shipping information, or return of the affected product when reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
Customers should retain the affected products and packaging until the claim review is completed or BSD Custom Products advises otherwise.
When BSD Custom Products determines that an eligible issue resulted from our error, we may provide an appropriate remedy consistent with our Returns & Refund Policy.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BSD Custom Products will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any right, warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The BSD Custom Products website and its content are provided for lawful personal and business use.
Users may not intentionally interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, misuse website functionality, or use our website for unlawful purposes.
Website content, branding, graphics, photographs, designs, and other materials owned by BSD Custom Products may not be copied or commercially exploited without authorization except as permitted by applicable law.
Our website and order process may use third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, e-commerce functionality, advertising, communications, and other business operations.
Third-party services operate under their own terms, policies, systems, and availability.
BSD Custom Products is not responsible for the independent acts or policies of third-party providers except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which BSD Custom Products operates, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under other applicable laws.
Any provision of these Terms that conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary to comply with that law.
BSD Custom Products may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices, website, or applicable requirements.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Changes will apply prospectively as provided by applicable law and will not retroactively eliminate rights or obligations that cannot legally be changed.
